RETURN POLICY

To return any product purchased online or via the store, you must notify the company within 6 hours of delivery or purchase through an outlet. The product should reach our premise within 7 days of delivery.

The item you want to return must be unused and accompanied by its original packaging and tags in an undamaged condition at the time of receiving in our premises.

If you are returning a product with free gifts, you need to return the gifts as well to the company.

Please note, the Reverse Pickup facility will only be provided for Prepaid Orders above Rs. 25,000.

Exchange Policy

Giftmorre is pleased to exchange your ordered products for different products, depending on availability. Please mention your reason for exchange on your invoice before shipping your product to us.

However, we highly recommend placing a new order if a different product is required.

The exchange policy also covers the same guidelines as returns i.e. the product must reach us within 7 days of the Ordered date, accompanied by all original packaging and in unworn & undamaged condition.

Please note, the Reverse Pickup facility will only be provided for Prepaid Orders above Rs. 25,000.

Refund Policy

Giftmorre follows a No Cash Refund Policy, including original shipping charges along with payments made through credit card, debit card, or net banking.

An exception is made if your ordered product is out of stock. In such cases, please select another product of the same or higher price, and we will attempt to arrange the product according to availability. Otherwise, Giftmorre reserves the right to cancel the order.
